Courses can be defined as Public Scheduled, Additional Scheduled, On-site or Single Company events.

 Standard course defaults can be used to make the addition of a new date quickly and easily.

 Resources such as PCs, Overhead Projectors etc. can be assigned to each event.

 Room clash detection and warning - prevents room double booking.

 Trainer clash detection and warning - prevents trainer double booking.

 Low booked events can be seen on the screen.

 Revenue and cost information can be examined for each event.

 BAPS will check that a trainer has the necessary skill before he/she is scheduled to take a course
