BAPS is an ‘integrated’ software package that can be used by most areas within a Training company from the sales department and Operations department through to the Accounts department. Integrated in this respect means that all users share the same information, which ensures there is no duplication of data and therefore effort. Statistical and Management Information then comes as a by-product of users carrying out their everyday tasks.
